The Discraft Anax is the third disc in Paul McBeth's line-up, a Fairway Driver. 

This is a 10 speed, high glide with no turn and a reliable fade at end of flight.  Paul MacBeth would not put his name on a disc he didn't trust and rely on.  Many people already are butchering the name as it's pronounced Onyx.  What does Anax Mean? Anax, the ancient Greek word for "Tribal Chief"

The Discraft Anax is an understable disc with glide that seems unrealistic.  The Discraft Heat is the only other disc with a glide rating of 6 and everyone knows how well the Heat flies!

Intermediate players that don't have the arm strength for the Force can use the Anax as there max distance driver and see easier control and great controlled distance.
